There is a new policy for the IPAX Internship Program!
Effective immediately, they have released new guidelines and a new application pdf available for download (see link below). Be sure to check it out. If you have already applied for this year, there is no need to fill out a new application.
The internship program is designed to benefit you if you’re striving for a specific artistic goal or to give you more ideas and help orient you if you’re still figuring out what you want to do as an artistic or technical person. Currently they are emphasizing their eight week summer program that runs from mid-June through mid-August.
The summer program gives you an opportunity to work with fellow interns while being mentored by seasoned Imageworks’ artists. During your time, you will work with others and concurrently building your own artistic or technical skills. For the first few weeks of the internship you will go through the same training courses a newly hired artist is put through. We encourage you to keep an open mind to all the possible career choices on the shot pipeline by providing various speakers, events, and opportunities for you to experience.
